Client Late Policy: We understand things happen, we ask that you please give us a call/text to let us know you are running late. If no proper communication is given we will mark your appointment as a “NO SHOW”. If you are running more than 10minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate your service. Anything beyond the 10min timeframe will be required to reschedule, if there is a service with another client immediately after.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your appointment, we will not charge a cancellation fee if the proper notice is given to Skyn By Yali, LLC within a 24hr notice; this could be communicated via call/text at (561) 664-0993 or by email at sby@skinbyyali.com. For services of 30 min or more a NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if the proper notice is not given. We understand that emergencies happen, and will be try our best to be accommodating. We pride ourselves on the respect and the excellent experience we provide to each and every one of our clients, we thank you for understanding.
